Get in Touch

This is a private reference site, not a government office. We cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, arrange a visit, or retrieve an official booking record. Contact the agency that holds the record.

Official Moniteau County Contacts

The sheriff publishes one main office contact rather than a separate records-unit number or booking-photo request form. Ask staff to route the request to the jail, arresting agency, or records custodian.

Match the office to the need

Different offices hold different parts of an arrest. Choosing the right one avoids delay and mistaken conclusions.

  • For a booking sheet, custody record, release entry, or photograph, begin with the sheriff and ask whether the jail maintains the item.
  • For a California, Tipton, or Jamestown police report, contact that city department and identify the arrest date.
  • For a recent Highway Patrol arrest, use the official MSHP five-day report search or the relevant troop.
  • For filed charges, hearing dates, or disposition, use Case.net or the Moniteau Circuit Clerk.
  • For state prison or supervision status, use the Missouri Department of Corrections offender search.
  • For federal custody, use the BOP locator; for immigration custody, use the ICE detainee locator.
  • For a release or transfer alert, test MOVANS/VINELink and contact MOVANS if the local agency is unavailable.

The county-wide Moniteau County arrest-record page explains the official sequence and Missouri Sunshine request terms. Call 911 for immediate danger. These office numbers are for records and non-emergency routing, not urgent response.
